I gave this woman an overly generous tip, she was the absolute rudest woman I have ever encounter I signed up online for my appointment and they had full knowledge this was my first time EVER getting my eyelashes done. My eyelids were shakey because I was nervous. And she kept proceeding to get irritated at me for something I can’t control, I kept apologizing over and over and over making it more nerve wracking to focus on not moving. When you book the appointment it says expect to be there for 2 hours. she finishes one eye and shows me her phone and it says 11:45 (my appointment was 10:30 AM- she thanked me for waiting because she was late) she had the audacity to get mad at me for it taking so long. I was out of that office at 12:23. That’s not even two hours. A first time client, nervous, DONT GO HERE EVER. She was so very rude. I still tipped her 20% of 170. Tips are for good service being rude is not good service. Run far away, look at her response to the other 1 star comment and you can see she is rude as all hell.
