Well I have yet to receive a email back from them after asking for a price list or a itemized receipt instead of a receipt with only a total. Idk what the heck is up with this place. Either I got way overcharged for a 7 year old boys haircut and some scalp scrub totalling $84 idk it could have been a glitch but since they aren't able to answer their customer about what I actually was charged $84 for I'm disputing the charge. I felt sorta judged the owner did not hold a conversation with me while she cut my son's hair. Was not in a pleasant mood, but I feel she knew i was low income and guesses I'm one who got a stimulous of which is spend anything on a hair cut while running late for his picture day at school. I emailed them from the receipt they sent me through email and still un the dark on why a little boys hair cut coat me $84. It's no wonder there were no one in there. You must have to be royal to be treated like it there because it was actually very uncomfortable. Nice atmosphere but just attitude and rough with my son's head like she was mad at her kids or husband maybe or can't have kids and treats other moms like dumb blondes that will pay because I'm too in a hurry and dumb. Do you blame me for wanting to know what i was charged for? This was it least a week ago and still no reply from square their payment provider or rock paper scissors kinda wondering if anyone else had that problem too? If it was Paul Mitchell himself then I'd be more then happy to pay $84 + for my son's hair cut. So not even 20 mins it took so $84 wouldn't even be feasible to pay even if she charged hourly. So I feel like it was a taken advantage thing or her assistant charged the wrong person cuz there was one lady getting what look like a whole cut color and style. I can only imagine what she paid if it wasn't the cashiers mistake. I'm just kinda mind boggled. Would it have been different if I was the wife of a mariners player? It might! Cuz I felt like we weren't good enough to walk in that salon. Was it the leather coat or greasy long ponytail I had. It was a don't have time for me day cuz it was about my boy day. there was some reason why she didn't like me. It was awkward and weird because she wouldn't talk to me like all salon ladies do. This is worst and most judged feeling I've ever felt in a salon and just want to know my charges. I thought maybe righting a review they can check the payments processing emails or whatever email they sent my receipt from to see I tried to contact them via email. I feel personally calling a place of business is no way to sort stuff out like that personally when they might have other customers. I am a very communicative and honest person and I do things professional and I know good customer service and I know when vibes aren't right. Just a weird experience. Oh... She did offer my son a doughnut before we left so maybe she added that on the bill too idk where the $84 came from that 8oz scrub couldn't have been more then $30 so I mean c mon. If you want to serve the rich and famous then I'd change the name if their place to Rocker, Prince, Scholars only! Not getting a reply at all has led me to believe what I feel happened. I think otherwise I would be giving them more then 1 star for it least reaching out to your new customers who are the word of mouth for your business. If you don't like your job or the people you serve or whatever it is that puts you in some kind of mood, where you ignore someone talking to you, ya know...,others don't have to pay the price for that either. If your going to charge a kids hair cut and a small 8 oz scalp scrub product for $84 which with tip cost me $95, I woulda expected my son to be treated like he was the hero of the day. I was upset when I got home because I didn't catch it right away. Note to self. NEVER...
Read moreJesse was the first stylist I reached out to since moving to Seattle. I’m very picky and have a hard time trusting new stylists from past experiences. But Jesse made me feel right at home, we talked about what I wanted exactly and how exactly we were going to get that. He walked me through exactly how the color process would go, the color he was using to cover the color I had previously had. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it to, and the appointment was amazing. Jesse is an amazing stylist and so fun to talk to, I had a great time just conversing about all types of things. I booked again immediately, and ended up going back to my natural color last minute and he had no problem switching the plan with me, the color turned out perfect once again. But the experience is my favorite part of being able to book with Jesse, I always have such a good time being able to visit and relax for awhile while getting everything done. I feel so welcomed and never leave unhappy with the experience or with my hair. I want to book just to be able to be back in the salon again, I’d recommend Jesse to anyone in the Seattle area. He is one of the best stylists I've ever had.
The salon is gorgeous inside, its cozy and everyone is...
