I have been trying new things around Seattle and surrounding areas. And this was absolutely amazing. I find it so hard to relax or find time for myself as a mom of 4. I booked this right after an appt for myself and got there early and they were able to get me in sooner than my appt. They went through everything with me and even had rings to help your head float or pool noodles if needed. (I did opt for the head one and it was really nice) I tried it with the light on and off, I preferred it on but found it was very spacious I am 5’1 though ha the pod is heated and very comfortable. Although the parking garage has spaces for float spa you get a ticket for parking in them that’s the only downside, I was told by the front desk she would go look at my car and register it as they ticket and I don’t think she did. I didn’t see my ticket until I got home either. Garage should be gated and paid before entering or posted when booking so clients are aware of the risk when parking.

I just had my first float here. I’ve been to many other float tanks and centers and I found I really enjoyed this one! The atmosphere was great. The staff was great. This was my second time in an open float tank design and this was by far the best. Highly recommended and I’ll be back!

I did the trifecta the other weekend and it was such a lovely experience. The infrared sauna was so relaxing along with the float. It was my first time doing both. The massage was amazing as well. In the infrared sauna you can change the lights, temperature and I believe play music but I didn't use that feature. It was very comfortable and smelled nice from the cedar. The float was lovely as well. You get these neat ear plugs that are like putty and you just press them to your ears to form a seal. There's also a little floating halo to use for your head to keep it up a little more. For the massage I saw Jacqui and they were so great! They asked where my issues were and really did a great job at relieving the aches and pains. The pressure they used was perfect and at one point there was a tender area so I asked for a little less pressure and Jacqui adjusted perfectly. They made it a very relaxing experience as well as healing. Their energy was so soothing as well. I was glad because before the massage Jacqui asked if I wanted to upgrade to the CBD massage oil/cream which I almost forgot to ask about. I definitely recommend that! Even a week later as a hairstylist my body feels pretty good even though it's been a few years since my last massage and there were lots of knots to work out. I am so looking forward to my next massage in a few weeks with Jacqui. Also the place is SO cute. It's small but not cramped at all and the energy of the place is very calm and positive. Both of the clinic support staff who helped me were very kind and...

I have been seeing the therapists at Seattle Massage Pros consistently for about 4 months, and have nothing but good things to say. I have been working the most consistently with Brent, Erin, and Greg, but have also seen Hanna and Tara, and the whole team is phenomenal. They are intentional, caring, communicate extremely well with me about what I’m looking for from a session while also allowing their expertise and intuition to guide their treatments. Brent is kind, thorough and relentless in the best way when it comes to finding and releasing pain. His care and desire to provide relief is so apparent. Erin is methodical and precise, location points of tension that I didn’t know I had and helping to work those out. Brent and Erin’s massages are intense but I always leave feeling relief and more balanced. Working with Greg has been a great experience as well- he has worked to find new approaches to stubborn issues, and his myofascial approach is deeply soothing physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s a different kind of relief that I didn’t expect, but I’m so happy with Greg’s approach, communication and care. I don’t feel like I can to this great team justice, and am so grateful for the the hard working therapists, not to mention the owners who have gone to bat for me with my insurance company, and front desk workers for their kind welcome, chats - especially Jonathan and Cassidy....

I booked a massage for my girlfriend as a gift here after looking at the extremely high reviews. However, I am left extremely frustrated with the whole experience.

Upon entering the massage center, the therapist (newly appointed with apparently 40 years experience) was unaware that she even had an appointment and had not read her survey indicating her preferences for the massage. In addition to the overall carelessness to the customer's preferences, the therapist put CBD oil on her WITHOUT consent. When I called Amanda who works at the front desk, she told us that the therapist had done this by accident and she had immediately taken it off. However, the therpaist has clearly lied. She put it on without consent and did not take it off!! Heather (manager) was the worst part of the experience. Heather simply pushed the whole matter under the rug and offered us a free sauna via email. Then, when my girlfriend called her infuritated by the CBD oil situation, she was asked "what is wrong with this?" She did not care about the lack of consent or the lack of respect. I demanded a refund and was not given one.

Both John and Amanda were very understanding of the situation, but the manager clearly does not care about...
