I love most of the food I get from here but check out this unhinged customer service. After reading the responses to some of the Google reviews from customers about a poor experience on here, it looks like this is their stock and trade. No wonder they are "struggling".

What do I even do with an email like this from them? I'm afraid to order from them again because if they see my name what are they going to do to my food?

I ordered from them last Thursday and didn't even leave a text review. One of my dishes was great and then the fried rice didn't have any flavor in the rice, like they forgot soy sauce or something so I simply thumbs-downed that dish, which is what that doordash function is for. You rate your dishes that you get. Not everything can be perfect. Last year around this time I made a suggestion in a review for them to turn on their comments so you could add proteins to dishes which they actually ended up doing (which was awesome) so I'm not sure what the problem is because even back then they said that I could try another restaurant's recipe if I wanted to. Selecting the protein you want for a dish isn't a recipe criticism. All my other reviews from previous deliveries were fully positive.

I haven't even ordered from them recently until last week. This is my order history. Most of their food is really good so I guess they just don't want customers and they're picking a hill to die on?

One of those times they even sent me a thank you and $10 incentive. 🤷 Welcome to your self-fulfilling prophecy.

EDIT: AND CHECK OUT the extra unhinged passive aggressive gaslight response. This person was never meant to be in a business relationship...

Picked up their Combo 6 meal which is Yellow Curry chicken or fried tofu, Jasmine rice, and two spring rolls. Overall it’s pretty good! This restaurant is in a newer location and is replacing Ariyas Thai restaurant so I wanted to see if it was as good as its predecessor. The flavor is good, portions are good enough to split into two meals depending on your appetite. I chose medium spice and it adds to the flavor, not so much spice that I’m sweating or reaching for a drink of water. One thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is that they advertise the combo meal as having your choice of chicken or tofu but then they charge you an extra dollar if you choose chicken which seems a bit misleading. Still, $16 is a fair price for what you are getting. As a person generally ordering for themselves, often times Thai food is ruled out because you have to pay for larger portions at larger prices but with Hanumans combo meals, it’s perfect for one ordering for...

Ambiance and interior is as lovely as ever but sadly the food falls short of the old Araya quality. Lunch special was a reasonable value at $15 - although there was a weird exchange where the server first contradicted the menu and said the combo came with BOTH spring rolls and pad Thai, then said we could ONLY pick one, then ended up serving us both anyway. The wait staff was very nice but is clearly new and still in training. Food was what I consider standard Americanized-Thai. The Tom Yum soup was a bit bland - didn’t have a strong lemongrass flavor or lime tartness and the pad Thai was much too sweet. The stir fries were flavorful and tasty, and the egg rolls were good. I would stop for a bite if I were in the neighborhood but I wouldn’t go out of my way...
