Avoid this place for Botox. I only needed a couple units to fix a peaked eyebrow from a recent treatment elsewhere, and nobody bothered to mention the $150 minimum when I called to make an appointment. It was too late to cancel once I was already there. I don’t appreciate that they couldn’t make an exception given I was a new client and nobody told me about this policy. I also didn’t love my interaction with Cheryl. She seemed surprised/annoyed that I didn’t know how many units my last injector used in each muscle, and she kept asking if I was sure my eyebrows weren’t uneven at baseline (they aren’t). She asked me that question at least 3 times. We spent half the appointment trying to find places to inject more units to attempt to meet the $150 min (which was challenging since I just had a treatment elsewhere and didn’t need more units). This was a mistake because she actually managed to drop my other eyebrow with the extra units she injected. I’ve been getting Botox for years and have never had this happen with other injectors. While services are good there membership policies are fishy. The membership appointments is set by there own team and is not as per customer. You are told to book else appointment will not be available for monthly service and you will miss it. They book appointment and say they will call 2 days before but never do so. They just leave a missed call and as it’s unknown number you will never know. And then later you are charged $50 stating as no show. In addition to 50 you are charged the amount of service without any service being provided. The membership plans and policies are in bad faith to customers. The intent is not to provide service but rather book appointments without customer being aware and then charge service and no show fee on the card. In my case I didn’t receive a call or any confirmation. I never even confirmed the date or time yet I was charged saying they had booked slot and I didn’t come. Avoid this place for any kind of botox! I went here for botox for my very first time. I told them I was highly allergic to milk and they kept pushing me to get dysport, at the time I did not know that there is milk protein in dysport and trusting them as experts I went with dysport. I ended up with a severe allergic reaction which I had to go to the hospital for. I called the receptionist to tell them about the issue and the receptionist responded by telling me I was being dramatic. I called again asking to speak with the injector to warn against the milk allergy and dysport for future people and the receptionist told me she would not redirect my call or tell her because she felt I was over-inflating the health risks.
