Watch the cruise ships on the water and have a good view of the bay and marina but the park is run down no water no bathrooms and looks to be a play field and grass area across the street and below the admiral house and I won’t be going back unless I want a place to get drunk at with no one to bug me and make a lot of noise no one would hear you and matter of fact I will be comming here in the dog days of summer to cool off! Stop by and watch the seals playing in the sound, or check out the cruise ships during the season. It isn't totally clear if the soccer field is really part of the park, since it is kitty corner to the picnic table area.
