Watch the cruise ships on the water and have a good view of the bay and marina but the park is run down no water no bathrooms and looks to be a play field and grass area across the street and below the admiral house and I won’t be going back unless I want a place to get drunk at with no one to bug me and make a lot of noise no one would hear you and matter of fact I will be comming here in the dog days of summer to cool off! That’s what’s this spot is good for!

A small hole in the wall park, with great views but it is hard to find the pedestrian access. Stop by and watch the seals playing in the sound, or check out the cruise ships during the season. It isn't totally clear if the soccer field is really part of the park, since it is kitty corner to the picnic table area. The soccer field has a bunch of detritus stored along the periphery (presumably by the city?) and it's not irrigated in the summer.

Beautiful park! Long walkways and bike paths nestled between the bay and stretches of lovely green grass. The Princess cruise ship rests at one end and the Norwegian Cruise ship can be seen moored to the south at Pier 66. The park is aesthetically pleasing and peaceful, has working bathrooms complete with several stalls, plus sinks and soap for washing up. This park is a gem! Not much parking though.

I accidentally got to Smith Cove Park the other day during my run to Magnolia and took the ramp down from the bridge rather than up, then realized there was no easy way to get up the hill from the west end of parking lot so I had to go all the back again. The big field is fenced off and looks out of maintenance. The little waterfront corner park has some nice views but also seems a bit desolate too (or maybe t's just...
