This pier is well thought out. I am in a wheelchair and arrived in a yellow cab. Nothing but the highest rating for them. Got to the pier in plenty of time. Rolled myself in with my wife picking the scooter up at the tent. Turns out that this was horrible. Scootaround doesn't deliver the scooter to the room. This was very inconvenient. Luckily once I got to the ramp, there was help to push me up. Getting off, same having to roll myself after TSA and my wife returning the scooter. I have previously went out of Long Beach cruise port. Compared to this long beach is far more organized and efficient. The port seemed to be hiring people solely to make jobs. At several points there was someone who was assigned to read your boarding documents and point you to the posted sign of where you should go next. I don't need you to tell me where to go when you posted a sign. The baggage porters were not placed in the best places to assist customers. Inside the it was smoother and...
