Worse terminal ever. It was our first cruise that was delayed for 3.5 hours. Many people told us that this is not normal and something happened that took so long. It was horrible some people waited 5 hours in the line. Nobody gives us any explanation and everything inside was just so disorganized there was nobody even to ask questions. I guess it was lack of people or another excuses they like to make. People were standing without water or ability to go to bathroom (those who are single travelers). I was with my husband and we were so frustrated, and then when escalator went up somebody felt down and they closed escalator and we have to lift all our heavy hand luggage and they just laughed use escalator as a stairs. NOTHING FUNNY MY HUSBAND was just after spine surgery on top of standing over 3 hours we had to carry our heavy staff and they didn't let use elevators. Elevators were Only for handicap.

Also upon arrival back they couldn't clear the ship and we all waited in line 2 hours. We supposed to disembark at 7 am we end up disembarking at 9.30 am Even in Canada (other country) process of clearance was quick and no problems. And here we cant get out of the boat because our own country couldn't clear our ship. Ridiculous. Seattle is not prepared for...

Probably the worst cruise terminal I’ve sailed out of. Signage is lacking and everyone you ask for help gives a different answer. Be aware that the Uber/Lyft parking area is a trek from the terminal and the Uber drivers charge by the minute when you are delayed more than two minutes. It’s better to call Uber once you arrive to the parking area rather than when you get out of the building. Just walking from the 30s of the parking area down to the end will land you a...

The Port Authority has a difficult job. However, at extreme stress points, along boarding a cruise ship, there has to be a better way to address discrepancies without insulting those who have paid $10s of thousands of dollars to get to that point. Hard copy documentation is not always the best source for authentication of a person's identity. Seattle is a great city and deserves better treatment of tourists traveling...

I don’t know what there are doing in This place but the entrance is right by the path I walk and ride on and so watch out when your by here cause the trucks just zip along and I am worried they will flip me if I’m not looking so be on the look out for distracted drivers and you should be alright and the views are to die for!
