This is definitely not a cruise that shows REAL CARE to customers from my experience on Jun.8th from Seattle to Alaska . It was a nightmare checking in on site that day and was ridiculously still being charged 95 % ($3836) for my balcony room which I didnât even on board. It is understandable to reject customer on board due to Canadian visa issues, but it is a big question for me seeing they still charging customers 95% booking money who are not even on board. I decided to choose Princess cruise only because my 78 years old fatherâs visit for Fatherâs Day and Princess Cruise goes to Glacier from Seattle. I didnât expect it ended up being getting rejected on board due to no Canadian visa with H1b visa, which is my fault, but the staff that day were very rude towards me and my father (who doesnât speak English). They urged us to leave immediately after we got the luggages back before I was trying to figure out a new plan including hotel/flight change. My 78 years old father even got into some heart attack medical issues after waiting outside in the port in an anxious and disappointed mood . I will consult a lawyer for this nightmare. Princess customer service didnât take care of us when I called them by the way, they expected you call them for this emergency for 48 hours waiting time for...
Read moreMedallion tracker is weird and horrible for our future society. If you like zero freedom and being watched where you are then by all means come on princess for an experience of luxury prison. So youâre going to Alaska huh take this as a serious warning to not go on princess cruises. My husband and I have been on multiple cruises and princess has been the worst service and food ever. Disgusting cheap low quality tasteless food and service. They have made carnival and rc look like extreme luxury class their food and service is amazing. Princess is trash all around. Yes carnival owns princess now but donât be mistaken princess on its...
Read moreThe port itself is fine, although small. Once there, things moved quickly and efficiently. Getting to the port is a different story. There's no easy, direct way and it requires traversing miles of Seattle's surface streets. The state of abject filth, graffiti/tagging, and homelessness is concerning. If I had to stop or had a breakdown, I would have felt...
