The Nail Room — Attraction in Seattle

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

I had the best nail salon experience at the nail room. I’ve gone 3 times with 3 different nail techs since February, and all 3 times have been excellent!

Here is why I am making them my nail place: They consult you on design! Instead of the customer picking out colors, they consult you first and help pick the best colors to match your design.

They consult you at every step to see if you are happy with the progress! They encouraged me to speak up if I needed something changed or adjusted.

Communication with the service team was easy and professional. I felt very comfortable communicating what I wanted, and they made me feel at ease with some of my design choices.

Their playlist was a vibe! None of that babbling brook, wind instruments that is on a loop. Whoever had the aux had good selections.

The nail room overall has been the best experience I have had EVER!

The photo on the right was the inspiration and we tweaked a few things, but she absolutely nailed it!...

i showed a reference picture but they still made me choose my colors which led the nails to come out not to my liking because i wasn’t aware of the specifications. they weren’t what i wanted, and idk i have never been to a nail salon where i show them a reference pic and they still make me choose colors. granted, i shouldve spoken up and asked for their opinion but they seemed to be in a rush as they appeared to be backed up due to the influx of appointments showing up and waiting. im giving them 3.5 stars because they were kind enough and the place was clean and tidy as well, and i could tell they were really focused on doing their best but I am going to have to dock stars because my personal experience and outcome just wasn’t what i expected. as someone who has been going to nail salons for years, i have never been so thrown off before by such a thing. kind of disappointed as there aren’t many places in seattle that are well versed in japanese gel, but im afraid i won’t be...

Update: Their pedicures are also the best! Hot stone, best foot+calf massage, and massage chairs are new / high quality.

Hands down best Japanese/Korean style / GelX nail technicians in Seattle, I've gone 3x now and every full gel set has lasted at least 3-4 weeks. Today got full set of gel extensions with rainbow french tips
