Attico - A Consignment Furniture Store — Attraction in Sebastopol

I didn’t have a good experience here at all. I had a piece on consignment and I called them just when it was ready for me to pick up and I needed more time because I didn’t have a vehicle to use. They said no problem just check in the following week and I did exactly that..this time I spoke with Viviana and it was Friday morning and I was requesting to set up a pick up for Monday morning. She was rude and kept saying it had been too long (a week past pick up) and I said I couldn’t pick up before Monday morning. I asked if that was okay and she laughed and said no and hung up on me. I tried calling back because at first I thought it just got disconnected but she never picked up my call after I tried calling a few times and then I left a message that I would plan to pick up Monday morning if someone could just confirm with me and no one ever returned my call. I wouldn’t work with someone that treats people like this as it’s not professional behavior at all. Life happens and I needed through the weekend to get my piece. This shouldn’t happen to customers and I don’t recommend anyone sell or consign to Viviana because she’s not going to be respectful and professional to you. This just happened within...

Beautifully curated and creatively presented home merchandise and a delightful owner make shopping here fun. The store is inspiring with a range of items that are current, vintage to antique. All are treasures - no junk here. I did not intend to buy anything but when I stopped in to drop off a consignment item for sale. Well, I came out with 2 boxes of treasures! Definitely a surprise and worth a brows. I will be back when I need a little retail therapy and treasure hunt. My new favorite place to explore in my home town...
