Used to be consistent, currently far from. They need to figure out their consistency issue with pastries. The variation batch to batch is now inferior to anything they did months ago, and it used to be better.
Acoustics need work, my orders been misunderstood at their actual bakery multiple times. Product going out to other coffee shops and within their location however has become erratic, too cooked, undercooked, flat, fluffy, frosted hot and soaked in/ frosted cold, tastes like extract strongly or not, either overcooked dry and no custard in the raisin pastry or it’s better and moist with the custard….

Read moreThere are ants in their display case and on the pastries! I told the gal working at the time and she said they were aware and there was nothing they could do about it. I told her I would remove everything from the case, wipe everything down and try to get rid of them. I have been a resident of Sebastopol my entire life, I understand the ants are bad with the rain but you have to at least try to get them off your food.
