I purchased a brand new battery from here last May. Two weeks ago I started ⁸to have issues with my car. I took the battery in and was told it was a good battery. So another week goes by and my car still won't start. So I go back up there with the battery. This time they did not check it before they put it on the machine to charge. I was given a slip and told I could pick it up in a hour. I came back in an hour. When I returned it was 30 minutes before closing and there was only 2 employees. An older Caucasian man and a younger Hispanic gentleman. The latter of the 2 is the one who assisted me. He gets my slip he goes to retrieve my battery. As he's walking back up towards me with the battery I asked him is it good he says yes and he hands me my battery. I walked out of the parts store with the battery. I get home and put it in Ihe car it does not work I didn't have my glasses on at the time when I went to pick up my battery so I couldn't see that the sticker on the top clearly said bad battery. Read moreI gave them 3 stars cause 1st the person order me 1 rotor instead of 2 and now they sold me 2 junkie refurbished starters that doesnt work. Hit one with a hammer and vehicle will start and the other one make a weird noise for a few seconds and it will start. Order new starter and we will see. I just get very frustrated over waste of time. Return the refurbished starter and got a brand new starter today and truck started right up without any problems. Just because their testing machine passes the refurbished ones doesnt mean it will work in your vehicle. I would recommend buying a new starter instead of a refurbished one. They do order the parts fast. They are polite but I dont appreciate the fact there was something wrong with both of the refurbished starters and a certain person wants to act like there isnt. Then I had exited the building but remembered I want to inquire about something and when I get back inside he is passing my returned item back and forth between his co- worker and A CUSTOMER! He was having doubts saying it wasn't the right color....... Smh "the name of the COMPANY is BLUE DEVIL not the product it's self" is what I tell the kid, Sebastian.
