Ive gone to this location for a long time but my recent visit was very unenjoyable. Goodwills as a whole have recently gotten rid of their dressing rooms and I was told by multiple employees at different locations that it was due to shop lifting issues. Where the dressing rooms used to be they have placed a row of mirrors. Today while I was there I wanted to see if a wrap dress was approximately my size so I tried it on over my clothes in front of the mirrors. An employee rudely told me that no one is allowed to try on clothes. I heard her use the same poor tone and attitude with multiple people after me. I shop at goodwills often and since the dressing rooms have been removed I have tried on items over my clothes in front of the mirrors and have never had any employee correct me. If they intend for customers to not try on clothes in front of these mirrors then they need to place a sign stating so, instead of making customers out to be “rule breakers”. Read moreDate of Visit: 12/01/2018 - I was fairly disappointed with my donation drop-off. I had my box neatly packed with bubble wrap and nice organization, and the clerk took it from my car, dumped everything from the box into one of the big bins (despite me saying, "Hey, that's fragile, maybe you should keep it somewhere safe!"), handed me a slip, and I drove away. I'm fairly certain the majority of the items I dropped off today were damaged/destroyed. Goodwill, please step up your game so shoppers can get quality items in the condition with which they were donated!!!

Read moreI was at the goodwill on Sunday and found some bar stools however could not purchase them due to closing. I called the store on Monday and spoke to a manager who said he would put them in the back with my name on them so I could purchase them the next day. The next day when I went to purchase them they had sold them earlier that morning. I was very upset and spoke to another manager who asked if I had purchased them. I said no the manager I spoke with did not indicate I had to purchase them or I gladly would have over the phone. Then he tells me that they cannot accept payment over the phone. I am very upset, discouraged with management and lack of communication, respect, and unprofessionalism that was directed towards me for a mistake they made on their part despite what their policies state.
