I recently had an unfortunate experience at this location, which I feel compelled to share. After taking the time to complete the customer satisfaction survey—clearly advertised as a way to receive a complimentary scoop of ice cream—I visited the store to redeem the offer. However, I was met with resistance from an employee named Annie—a service manager—, whose dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist left a very poor impression. It was as if she assumed I was trying to take advantage of the system, rather than simply following the advertised process. Her attitude lacked the basic courtesy and respect I would expect from any customer-facing role.
Despite presenting proof that I had completed the survey, Annie declined to honor the promotion, offering no reasonable explanation for the refusal. Her tone was curt, and she seemed more interested in brushing me off than actually resolving the issue. The interaction was not only frustrating but also unprofessional, making me feel as though I had done something wrong by simply following the process that the company itself had promoted.
Customer service should be about making guests feel valued, especially when they’ve taken the time to engage with feedback initiatives. Unfortunately, Annie’s lack of courtesy and unwillingness to uphold a simple offer undermined that entirely. I left feeling disappointed and unappreciated—and far less likely to return or recommend this location...

Food came to me and I quickly checked to make sure NO MAYO NO TOMATO...and sure enough boom mayo and tomato. I flagged an employee down and said my order was wrong. He brought it in to get fixed. I waited and then a employee came out and handed me my fixed order...I checked and guess what MAYO and TOMATO on it again... I was like really!?!?! I said I will park I am going inside. I told the manager the deal. I also asked for a new order of cheese curds which they did as mine were cold by now. The manager gave me a coupon for next time...... I was like OK this is fair/reasonable. A week later I decided to use the coupon same order I requested NO MAYO NO TOMATO .......guess what MAYO and TOMATO on my burger I was like I am done with the place and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read moreNot easy to be SHOCKED with a fast food restaurant in 2018. I had never been to any culver's location. I went 1st time ever yesterday. The friendliness of the staff upon entering was good, we're in Minnesota. But then someone from Kitchen area asked if I had been helped, I was in line less than 2 minutes. She paused what she was doing to come and take my order. I was not in any rush, but that professionalism surprised me. Furthermore the place looks immaculately clean, cleaning lady was top of her game. Besides it looks like a full on restaurant, not really pursuing that you leave quickly. Tv's showing ESPN and all. The food portion size and flavor were amazing. I went to the restroom as last check, flawless too. Menu is extensive but full of items that make sense, from burgers to salads to desserts.
