PawnXchange — Attraction in Shakopee

I just want to tell people that they are not a big pawn shop. I have gone to them for years for help. Yes I could get more from bigger pawn shops in the cities. Pawning you have to understand they are a middle man to sell your stuff. When they get to know you and you repeat business they are more flexible. All the guys there are great and in my experience are fair with what they give. You can't see a price on EBay and expect to get that price paid. If you don't come pick your items up they have to sell it. I don't use anyone else because they have helped me in some tough spots in my life. I saw some reviews on here, go pawn at other shops to see that they are competitive. Yes they are by gambling establishments but they buy what they know they can sell.

UNDERSTAND Pawn Shops do business like this. These guys are great with returning customers. It's a mom and pop establishment and they go by what the average is for the value of the item and give a lower price then what you see used on EBay because they have to sell it for the EBay Prices.

What a cool store. The people make this business worth visiting. Mike and Chris both made themselves available to help me. This place has a little bit of everything. I went in looking for a used guitar amplifier and found that this store has about 10-15 to choose from. When I walked in the door I was greeted by mike and Chris. Both happy fellas that were willing to help with a couple of items I no longer used. Upon realizing I was open to trading them in an effort to purchase an amplifier they were gracious enough to add a few dollars more making my final purchase even sweeter than it already was. They were patient and they answered every stupid question I asked. Even though they knew I had spent all my money they took even more time to show me a couple guitars they knew I couldn't afford. These guys are ALL very genuine and helpful people! If you give them business often and/or do not lose any of your items in pawn they will take AMAZING care of you! Brad, just a couple of days ago greeted me at the door and knew who I was before I handed him my I.D. Most of the other staff members do the same. No matter what your race, gender or sexual orientation is these guys will take care of you if you are a good customer and take care of them. This is my favorite pawn shop in Minnesota and I have been to them all pretty much. These guys deserve this and I could not appreciate their owner and employees anymore than I already do today because they have already gone far and beyond what ANY other pawn shops have done for me all combined.
