I can't say enough about the kindness, care, and concern for customer satisfaction with Cecena's! I lost a stone about 8 months ago from my ring and they replaced it. Then I recently lost another stone. They replaced it and the ring is beautiful. When I asked how much I owed, I was told not to worry about it. I explained the stone I lost was not the one they had replaced and I needed to pay for it. His response was, "if you have any more issues with it bring it in and I'll take care of it for you" What! Fantastic customer service! Personable, clean and friendly. I took in ALOT of pieces to have made into several special keepsakes. I spoke to Mr. Tony about what I wanted, what each piece needed to represent. I sent pictures of some ideas I had. He took all my information after a lengthy meeting with my husband and I. He created designs for me. Called me back in to look at printouts of what he created to make. I love the pictures, and I am awaiting the final product.
