I ordered 2 replacement couch slip covers back in Sept 2020, found out a month later that they discontinued the fabric (not a big deal). I changed the fabric and when the slip covers came in, they were too big for the both couches and there was a nasty pull in the fabric on one cover (both couches were purchased from their store and they are still selling them today so they have the dimensions). The two service employees who delivered the covers marked the areas that needed repair and took them back. A month or so later, the slip covers came in and were delivered again. None of the repairs were done. Sent back again. A month or so later they were back, some repairs done but now some of the pieces were dirty. Sent them back again. Itâs now June and this is the 4th time they are being delivered. FINALLY fit nicely. I would have rated their quality of customer service a 1 but their two service repair/delivery men were extremely nice. Both couches were expensive and replacing the fabric was very expensive. Definitely would not purchase from them again. I was very patient and nice through the whole ordeal so you would think they would have done something to make me a happy customer.    Read moreFollow-up to the below review: After writing this review, Oskar Huber reached out again to the protection plan company. That company reviewed my case again and finally agreed to provide me a credit to be used at Oskar Huber for the original cost of the sofa.
They do not stand behind their furniture! I purchased a Four Seasons sleeper sofa for $3,000; salesperson talked me into the $300 fabric protection plan. Within a few months, the sofa developed fade spots on it. I reported this to the fabric protection company, who denied my claim, saying it had to be a material defect. I reached out to Oskar Huber, and they could not help with the protection plan or with the manufacturer of the sofa. And Oskar Huber refused to take any responsibility for the sofa or provide any compensation. They basically told me that I was stuck with a fading sofa and no one was responsible. Incredibly disappointing! I will never buy another item from them again and I would urge others to beware! I had to give them 1 star to post the review, but I would give them zero stars...
   Read moreDisappointed.....about 11 months ago we purchased what we thought was a high quality set for our living room from the Ship Bottom location. Sofa and two 'matching' accent chairs. Not inexpensive, however we trusted they would be good quality and a nice addition to our home. During the sale we were also strongly recommended to also buy their protection plan, being told that it would cover most anything, especially accidental issues. Buyer beware..... our sofa has a wicker / rattan edge that has been compromised exposing the frame of the sofa. When calling the store, received no help with any manufacturer warranty (translation- they do not stand by their product). We figured no problem, we have this 'insurance' policy that we were led to believe would be a safety net in cases like this, but we have gotten the run around on that as well.
