I love the fresh salt air at the beach in long beach island. The sand is clean, no traffic at this time of year. Was able to fly a kite and was undisturbed. Saw guys fishing and some family having a picnic. If you like the beach, but aren't a sun worshiper or a swimmer, come on down.

A very nice place to relax with many houses to rent right by the sea. The vacation atmosphere is amazing, lots of little shops to visit, anchored old boats, small ice cream places and great restaurants.

Beautiful beach! I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the beach was. Very clean and well maintained. Lifeguards are on duty and during the summer they check for beach passes. Great place to visit
