Does not feel like a grocery store at all. Looks more like a storehouse. It is a tiny hole in the wall kind of place. But boy oh boy..it has all the spices (Bessobella, Kosheret, Misir, Abish, Shiro, Berbere, Mitmita, Niter Kibbeh, ...) and goodies you need to make something Indian and or Ethiopian. I was mighty impressed! They even carry fresh Teff injeras. Items are moderately priced. If you are serious about Ethiopian cooking, you may want to make a trip here. Highly recommend. Just ignore the look and feel of the shop, rest all is great! By the way, the Enat Ethiopian restaurant is just walkable from there and they have EXCELLENT food! If you have a friend that "likes cumin" a little too much for their own good,,, well here is a place to buy them a week's worth (kilo) for cheap. Staff is wonderful. Oil is ok, good price but mostly mixed. Injera is very affordable and good quality most of the time... sometimes feels too sour and maybe a day over..... still best in the area. There is also a limited selection of cooking hardware as well as serving items. This store is well stocked...
