They are now managing employees with fear via several recent firings of longtime excellent staff. Those who remain are clearly on edge.

I am done with this place after many many years of loyal patronage.

Original review follows: Sliding downhill fast. Getting very corporate in style. Adding restrictions on the players and the dealers. The tension among the staff is palpable and they seem to be undergoing a lot of turnover. Feels less friendly every day. To Management: Please loosen up.

Food is a mixed bag. Many Chinese dishes are extremely greasy. Good selection of Vietnamese dishes but avoid the Bahn Mi. Kitchen is very erratic - fine one day, not so good the next. The seem reasonably generous with the food comps.

I ended up not staying, because I didn't realize there weren't any slots here until I went in. The casino in the name threw me off, tho I stopped purely on reflex. I still have to give Goldie's 5 stars, tho, cuz even tho my visit was less than ten minutes probably, every staff member was super nice and friendly. Obviously(maybe) I was confused when I walked thru the door and saw not a single slot machine. Yet even the staff that noticed, none of them were less than polite - they were completely helpful, and patient with my questions (good ones and not so good ones lol), and didn't make me feel any dumber than I already had. On top of that, everybody I saw at the variety of card tables was having a good time. Thank you, Goldie's Shoreline Casino, you guys rocked! I hope to make it...

This is my favorite place too, i’d like to come play and drink and have fun. Today I come in play and I bought in $1600 and I play I was lucky get my money back. So I have only two drink, I see one of my buddy he sit at the bar and I told him I will buy him a drink, but in one of Bartender her name is Summery what ever her name is. I was order the drink and she look at me and walk away and she come back and I just remind her what drink I need to get but she told me if I repeat myself again and she will not going to service me is that B.S. I heard a lot of customer complain about her Rude to them. Because I stayed up for my sale what is right, I think she should not work...
