Fantastic shop with extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Rented/demoed twice and was in and out very quickly before deciding it was time to get my own set of gear. Kyle and Andromeda went above and beyond with helping me pick out my first set of skis, boots, bindings, and poles. The included custom boot molding/fitting was also amazing. I’ve been using the gear now for a few weeks and it has been absolutely perfect. I’ll be recommending this shop to all my friends and family for sure. Thanks again to the great staff!

One of the last independent ski shops left in Seattle, from the inevitable business as usual consildation process (Evo buying small shops as evidence). Both models work for me, but independent shops offer a more personal experience, especially when the folks are in it for the long haul; there's visible investment by employees which I appreciate and helps my decision to return.

I stopped by this place today after it was recommended by another skier. Wasn't sure what to expect as I always relied on the shops I knew back east for all ski needs. And I read some mixed reviews here on Google. But I decided to give it a shot and drive out to their shop.

It was pretty busy and I did not have an appointment (it's a small shop with limited staff) but was able to go through a great initial boot fitting without waiting more than 5 minutes. Everyone was knowledgeable and offered good advice. Ended up grabbing some demo boots to bring up to the mountain (they were not just trying to sell product, they wanted to get the right boot, even if I wasn't buying anything). I will be back for new boots, footbeds, and liners. I have confidence these guys know what they're doing after two hours of fitting and talking about boots.

I noticed some people were upset that they were not served the second they stepped through the door, but the staff was pretty good about helping everyone as quickly as they could. People should realize it's a time commitment to do correctly.

Going forward I would consider this my...

Had a good experience here getting ski rentals for the entire season. Renting for the whole season here is the best deal you can find. It's a rent-to-own deal, so by the end of the season, if you like the gear, you can purchase it for about the usual purchase price....an excellent way to try out new gear.

They really took the time to get me fitted. Their service was great. Only issue is that although I am an advanced skiier, they outfitted me with a set of skis design more for beginners. I didn't realize this till after I got home and began reading about this particular set of skis. I called them to discuss it, and they assured me they were great skis at all levels, but it did leave me wishing that they would have explained the different options available when I was there, instead of simply handing me a pair of skis and saying, "these should be good."

It was busy as hell in there. Seems like everyone already knows about this place. It's a quality family business, and I am glad to have found out about them after taking a hiatus from skiing for the...

I wish I could give them zero stars. We got our ski rental for the season from them which is a scam in case you have issues with the rental equipment. The boots were uncomfortable for both of us so we went to return just the boots within a week and according to their terms and conditions they were supposed to take it back. First they were very reluctant but after half n hour they finally agreed to take the boots back and give us the remaining money ($60). Then they charged us $40 each for pair of poles, so whole ski equipment rental with and without boots turned out to be the same amount which they did not inform us about in the beginning. As if this was not enough, since the boots were uncomfortable, we decided to buy our own boots but when we went to get it fitted by them in the skies which we rented from them, they asked us to pay even for that which was completely a u-turn from what they had told us when we first went to...
