Came here because my phone wasn't charging well, the port for the charger is funky and only sometimes worked. Walked in, nobody was in there. Waited awhile, some dude finally comes out from a back room, looking annoyed that I'm bothering him. He looks at it, says he has to order a part and pay ahead of time. I do. Two weeks later I come back for the repair. He does the repair, but leaves glue all over the outside of the phone, and immediately I had trouble connecting to the network. Calls are constantly dropping and I keep having to restart my phone to keep it functioning. So, ultimately, I waited two weeks, paid $100, got bad customer service and they damaged my phone in the process. Charger works great now tho. Yey. Waste of time and money. I had a cell phone screen and my Apple Watch repaired here twice (for $200 each time - not cheap to repair an Apple Watch screen). The second time I had my watch repaired the quality seemed low. I felt like I could see rubber squeezing out of the connection. I kept the watch dry, didn’t swim, didn’t put it under water. About two months later the screen just popped off while I was traveling and I lost it. I brought it back to the store to see if they could fix it or how they would make it up to me. I was looking for information about a new battery and a case for my older iPhone. I was having zero luck most places I tried.
