I walked into this store Sunday July 7th after breaking the glass on my tank. I walked out paying 5.41 and leaving with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Allow me to elaborate...
The young lady there was nice enough when I showed her my vape and explained my problem. We knew it was a geek vape tank, and she pulled out some glass that looked like the one that broke.
Of course I went to put it on and ensure it fit, and she was trying to explain their policy as I was doing that. It was explained poorly though, she should just say "if it touches your vape... you bought it."
In fairness to her, I misunderstood what she was saying, and reassured her that 'of course I plan on paying for it'...as I was checking the fit. It was a bit to tall, and I went to hand it back to her... that's when their policy became clear.
I paid for the privilege of seeing that it doesn't fit!!!
You cannot write this stuff! 🫤 She was kind enough to give me 'a discount' on the useless item. 😂
In summary: I went to 'the professionals' with my vape for help. Neither of us knew if this glass would fit until we tried it, once you 'try it'... You bought it.
She gave me a discount on the useless glass.... I paid for it, and I'm quite certain it went right back on the shelf to sell again. As I had zero use for it! (And they could clearly see that) 🤬
Who does that???
I understand no returns or exchanges, but I never left the damn store. Do I just keep buying parts that WE think will work until WE get it right????
Pathetic and selfish policy, and I don't expect them to last long up here. Maybe Springville is about that life...but I'm hopeful Show Low is quick...
Read moreI tried asking the employee about some of their Kratom products. This is the third time I've come into this smoke shopand every time the owner on one occasion was short and really rude to me for asking questions about their products and high prices. This time the employee that seemed irritated that I even walked into the store to purchase the same high priced Kratom that the owner had been rude about buying the first time. Last week I saw the owner , who this time actually came down to only a 50% mark up on one of the kratom products I was looking at. They sell products at double or triple the price of on line retailer and they are alway higher then other smoke shops on the mountain. Each time I have come in they staff is rude and abrasive when been ask about their products. Customers are you money base, I'd be willing to pay their high prices for convenience but due to the irritated people who work and run this store I don't think I'll purchase from this establishment in the future. I talked about this with other people who all said pretty much the same thing about this smoke shop. I like to give the benefit of the doubt , but the reviews I heard seem to be all the same. Treat people the way you want to be treated and being knowledgeable and willing to speak to customers with kindness and dignity...
