It was my first time at this Lululemon location. They had a variety of sizes available. Women that worked the dressing room were helpful.
What drove down the stars for me was my experience at the register. Now I understand that there are returns that come back that need to go back into inventory. BUT as an employee if you see a customer standing there waiting g to check out and the other employee at the register is taking too long checking out her customers maybe instead of handling all the returns, going to put them back in the store you should take Fabre of the customer that’s ready to pay. Read moreI’ve been to Lululemon four times every one time it was the Shrewsbury location and that will be it. The first time I received no help, the store was practically empty and even a blind person could have seen that I needed help. The next two were sub par, the salespeople did the bare minimum. The most recent was a disaster, and the problem fell solely on the “manager”. I’m not sure how someone can hold a job, let alone be a manager while using all of the brainpower they had (there wasn’t much) to perform intense mental gymnastics to justify what boils down to poor customer service and frankly just laziness. Read moreI went to the store and they were nice but rushed me to place my order. They took the incorrect shipping info and didn’t spell my last name correctly. She placed the order without confirming that all the information was correct. Now I can not reach anyone at Lululemon site since the web site and costumer service is horrendous. The links don’t work and wait time is usually over an hour. After I told the costumer service rep that she placed the order incorrectly she said that there was nothing she could do and to contact costumer service.
