When I Place my order for my Big Sac it was in stock. Once I was charge, I had to call and check on my order, just to find to out my Big Sac is now on back order for 2-4weeks. As of today 20th of August it’s been 4weeks and guess what no Big Sac and no updates on when my Big Sac will be delivered. Where is the LOVE? I’m disappointed because they charge me in full. Usually you are charge when the item ship. This ordeal has been on my mind to call and see what compensation they have for this inconvenience. I check my email today and they requested this survey, now let’s see where this goes!! *

As of Today August 24,2022. I received my big Love Sac and we love it. Literally the same day they received my concerns my package was already being delivered. Now that’s great customer service. Thanks Michael and Beth your professionalism will definitely have me buying another...

Super grateful for the outstanding and passionate customer service experience provided by Beth. We walked into the store looking for an orange sofa. We had very little knowledge about the sofa configurations for our new home. Beth was patient and kind. We showed her a picture of the room with hopes that she would provide us with the perfect sofa! She went above and beyond and explained our options, the fabric, the filling and how to care for it. She even gave us a demonstration of how to assemble the sofa! Thank you so much Beth! We always liked the concept, but when we finally got to a Lovesac showroom, we were amazed by the quality and look of the sactionals. We’ve been in other furniture stores with delivery backups eight and nine months long. We live in Pennsylvania and on a recent trip to see family in New Jersey about 200 miles away stopped at the Shrewsbury Lovesac store. Upon our return home we made a decision to buy and completed the transaction online very efficiently, and four days later getting our delivery today from a PA warehouse.
