VERY RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE! We are on vacation and some local people recommended us to this shop, we walked in and were very pleased with the beautiful pieces . My brother was reading a sign on the cash register out loud to himself that said " You will be refused service if you say the word bong, weed, etc." He was reading the sign and the worker named Dan, VERY RUDELY said, " The door is right there" pointed at the door and made us leave. We did not refer to any pipe or piece in the store as a bong he was just reading the sign. I understand that they have rules and that is perfectly fine, however, he should have handled the situation in a professional manner. Not to mention, Dan also referred to a concentrate rig as a "dab rig" which is also a street term for the piece. I definitely will not be going back to this shop and as long as Dan is there I recommend everyone else...

Been here to purchase products many times over the years living in Gulf Gate, but never left a review. Went today, and as has ALWAYS been the case literally every single time I’ve been there, I found the shop and the staff extremely welcoming, friendly, chill, helpful, and KNOwLEDGABLE!! The last thing I want when spending my money is to hear the life story of the sales person. I made the mistake of asking if the place was under new ownership. The middle aged salesman immediately went into a rant. He told me that he and his stepson completely run the place. The owner is useless and he plans on taking over the store very soon. He then goes into another rant where he intentionally tries to offend people with his vulgar clothing. He becomes offended because people found the profanity on his shirts offensive. (This guy really needs a therapist) After that he told me his entire political belief system. (I never asked!) He rank’s everything. I just wanted a grinder.
