They totally deserve all the 5 star reviews. Their establishment is more like a mom and pop place than the big stores downtown. They are very classy people. They treat everyone who comes in like a friend. They have so many repeat customers. John repaired my engagement ring which was missing stones. He built up the ring so that the stones would be secure. The price was extremely reasonable. The thing I loved most was his philosophy that every piece of jewelry has a story. I was so happy with the service that when I got home, I wanted to go through my jewelry drawer to see what else I could...

They are a small, family run store with excellent service and reasonable prices. John, the owner, is honest and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He has reset many pieces for me and recently, helped me with an inherited "mess", for which I am very grateful. As for taking pieces to his home, my last jeweler in Denver also did this, she had a studio at home where she could work uninterrupted and in her free time. The right insurance does cover this. John and Lisa Koen are fantastic! They have a lovely selection of jewelry. More importantly, they are kind, personable, and customer-centric. I have had watch batteries replaced by them. I have had jewelry resized and fixed by them. They are always in friendly moods, and focused on the satisfaction of their customers. In today's world, this is truly a quality which is often missing . . . not with the Koens. They are my, and my parents' "go to" for all things jewelry...
