The Fix - Walmart Simpsonville — Attraction in Simpsonville

Got my phone lens fixed here Saturday. He told me to come back in 20 minutes, I asked him if he needed any contact info he said no. When I came back he had fixed my cracked lens but he messed my actual camera up that was not messed up and now it is black specs all over my camera when taking photos that were not originally there. He said it is dust particles, well why would you put the lens on if you see dust particles on the camera? He said he did not clean it because it would have broke the camera and he should have just called me and asked if I wanted to proceed because now I have to go get not only my camera fixed but also the lens replaced again which is going to cost me even more money. I see other reviews may be good but my experience was not and he should have communicated with me if I wanted to proceed with getting the lens replaced knowing that he messed the camera up. BUYER BEWARE! What I thought was going to be a $150 fix turned into a $450 fix. The fix store located in Walmart in Simpsonville is in my opinion ripping people off. The last phone screen I had replaced, I used a different company who came to my house and replaced the phone screen and charged $150. This time I wanted to support a local business, so I stopped into the Walmart. I thought he initially said it would cost $150, so I approved the repair. I was shocked after the repair was completed when he said it would be $450 but he did negotiate it down to $420. As a matter of fact when I stopped at the shop to see if they could fix my old Samsung Galaxy Note 8 they said bring it in, they would give me a good price.
