The only reason I am sharing this is because I don’t want anyone else to be bummed like my daughter and I were. We have been to BB nails several times and never had an issue, unfortunately, our last time there, July 2nd was not so great. We were leaving for vacation and my oldest saved all of her money to get a set of acrylics with a fun design to go with our tropical vacation. I also picked out a simple design for my nails. Before getting started, we both showed a picture of the nail designs we had I mind, everything seemed to be okay. While sitting at the nail station, I asked my tech if she thought the design I selected would look good, at this time, AFTER she already started, she told me that she doesn’t do designs. I told her that I wished she would have told me that BEFORE she started as I could have gone somewhere else or picked a different color that wasn’t set around the design I THOUGHT I would be getting. I asked if anyone else would be able to and she pointed to the technician that was doing my daughters nails. I thought maybe she’ll be able to do it, and didn’t think anything of it. Moments later, my daughter came walking over to me looking super bummed, I asked what was wrong and she said the lady couldn’t do her design because she had a appointment coming in. At this point, my blood started boiling. Why couldn’t they just say they weren’t able to do what we wanted. My daughters nails that she saved her money for looked half done and the technician doing her nails just kinda of whisked her away from her table and said, “I don’t have time”. As professionals, please do not make a customer feel as though they are getting a service they want and are willing to pay for, start the service, then say, “Oh, I can’t do that.” I did the right thing and paid and even tipped, even for services we didn’t receive, but we will not be going back there! I really wish they just would have been honest in the beginning instead of making us think were receiving services we thought we were getting, to tell us half way through they couldn’t be done! That’s very bad customer service! For the record, I would have been totally fine, if they were honest upfront and said they wouldn’t have time or couldn’t do it. I have not one single complaint about Trina and her salon. She listens to my concerns and my desires when it comes to my nails and does everything in her power to make them a reality. In a time where other salons are busy using their “loyal customers” in an attempt to bash and degrade other competing salons, you and your staff have kept it professional, classy, and relaxing in your establishment! Read moreMy first there for a pedicure and manicure. First I had to ask the gentleman doing my pedicure to go back and clean my cuticles. He didn't cut my nails down after I asked him too and i felt he rushed. When I went to get my manicure I noticed my heals were never touched. I advised I not satisfied with my pedicure. Was told I had to wait another 20+minutes and he would redo my heals. I didn't have time to wait so then was told to either come back tomorrow, they won't fix after a week or more. I work 1hr away that's not possible. The fact that I was a first time customer dissatisfied and all u can say is either wait or come back tomorrow. There was no compassion or empathy on the situation no apology nothing. Where was the I'll take care of you next time you come. Im big on customer service, and I didn't get that at all. It was okay for me to leave after paying $70 unhappy. And looking at the prices I was overcharged. I got a regular gel polish and regular manicure no polish. I didnt get 'spa'...
