Got tricked into buying this pulsar APX because they were out of the orbit if they ever had it . And got tricked into leaving a 5 star review but I did feel it was appropriate at the time believing that I had found something better going off employee advice. The regen was the first I got from starship then I came here and got the pulsar crap when I asked for the orbit they said they had it over the phone I hated it it’s still here in the box perfectly packed . Finally went somewhere else and got my orbit limited edition more than I asked for about 30’or 40 bucks less and loved it so much I got a replacement just in case. Don’t ask for any advice here just get what you came for and if they don’t have it turn around you have been warned. Gave me a pack of papers for a 5 star review they don’t tell you until after and I don’t even have any use for them period. My boyfriend and have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and have not had a problem until today when we spent $125 and they left an item out of our bag. I called up there when we get home and told them that an item was missing and the associate told us to come up there and the matter would be settled. So after spending $14 on an Uber ride when we get in the store all of the sudden we're in the wrong and he doesn't remember even pulling out the item that we requested. He copped an attitude with me and my boyfriend as well and then try to sell us the item on top of everything else. Horrible customer service they obviously treat customers that spend money in their establishment like garbage I highly recommend going to Exhale a block down the road on the right. I will never go back there. I bought a clock and it didn't work. When I called the employee who sold it to me he told me, in a rude manner, I could come back and exchange it. I brought it back and the same employee looked at and told me he could give me store credit. I said that's fine I want the same one, but one that works. He told me he was out of that one, but I pointed out four of them on the shelf. He then told me he couldn't do it because the clock I brought back smelled like weed and they he couldn't sell it. He continued to down talk me as I tried to explain that I bought yesterday and never used it and regardless if it did or did not smell like weed, it didn't work, there for he couldn't resale it anyways.
