That's a lie! I left this review the same night all this occurred, which was on January 22, 2025. There wasn't even any snow remaining from the snow storm you're speaking of that occurred on January 10, 2025 (almost 2 weeks prior to this incident).
I would give negative 100 stars if I could!!! This has, by far, been the WORST experience of my life at a retail establishment!!! First of all, I came to this store for the first time 2 days ago. The employees I dealt with that day were nice enough and answered all my questions. But that's the ONLY good that came from my experience at all. I spent $150 that day.... AND it was all garbage!!! $100 alone was spent on a toy that worked all of 2 minutes before it overheated and stopped working. So, today I called and explained what happened and the man I spoke with said to bring it back in and they would exchange it. Then I asked him what time they closed. And he told me they'd be open until 2:00am. OK so I ordered an uber and got to the store a little after midnight. And let me add here that it took almost an hour to connect with an uber driver because, for some reason, there aren't any drivers tonight. OK so when I get to the store, 2 employees were getting in their cars while telling me that the store is closed. Are you serious???? After I was told on the phone just an hour or so prior that they'd be open until 2:00....AND after I waited an hour just to get a ride from uber. OK so let me also add here that it's now after 1:00 at night, nothing is open, it's 21 degrees out with a wind chill in the single digits, and there's no uber driver in sight to pick me back up. This is downright RIDICULOUS!!!! And both employees drove off without a care in the world, leaving a female to stand outside their store this late at night, freezing her *ss off because they were in such a hurry to leave and go home TWO HOURS EARLY!!!!! There was no apology, nothing!!! Just a shrug of their shoulders as they were getting in their cars as if to say, "Oh well, your problem!" Utterly disgusting treatment! I will NEVER shop here again a day in my life!!! They should be ashamed of...

Then when I got the attention of the short girl with the shaved head and tattoos, acted as she was to busy to help and handed me off to her co- work. Guess she was to busy blowing smoke clouds to help. The employee's name I believe was Matt or Mathew that I was handed off to, and he was no help at all. He had and attitude and every question I asked him, he acted as if he did not know anything. It seemed as he did not want to be there helping his customers. Overall one of the worst shopping experiences in my life. I will never come back to this location and will be spending my money at Tokyo Valentino...
Read moreStaff was nice but the store is very hard to navigate compared to other locations. I shouldn’t have to walk in circles for 15 minutes to find something because the same thing is all over the store. It’s pretty overwhelming if I’m being honest. I personally would have bought more if it wasn’t such a pain to find what all I was looking for. Walked in with a $200 budget and walked out spending $50. Staff was nice but one employee literally acted like he didn’t want to be there. He WAS NICE but still somehow just made me feel like he wanted me out of the store. I felt like an inconvenience.
