Good coffee. Horrible service, i asked for a 16 oz iced coffee and she charged me for a 16 oz but instead gave me a 12 oz. The two ladies working there were very rude and couldn’t remember a simple drink, i was asked twice what my drink was while they were making it and i was the only person there. i also asked if they had a coffee cake muffin and she gave me and attitude and said no then was whispering about me to her co-worker about me, i could here them. never had i ever experienced such horrible service and i have only written a few reviews so if that doesn’t tell you what kind of staff they are hiring idk what will. also when she gave me my 12 oz iced coffee that was suppose to be a 16 oz i went back and told her what i ordered and i wasn’t rude at all just kind of annoyed and she took my 12 oz coffee and poured it into a 16 oz cup and put more milk and ice in it, she didn’t...

Honest to God, if the 16 year old girls here would get off their phones and serve coffee like they're supposed to, this establishment might just have a chance at being somewhat decent. I waited behind ONE car for TWELVE minutes while a barista and the customer (both girls, same age) exchanged phones, giggled and ignored my running car directly behind them. I get it if you're having a quick conversation, but to see my car for over ten minutes, blatantly ignore me and continue on with your Harry Potter novel of a monologue, maybe try having good tasting coffee to start. Try the 45 other coffee stands on Avenue D if you're looking for respectable service and not a rotting shed filled with SHS's brain-dead...

I ended up here because the Starbucks I frequent across the street was closed again. There was quite a lineup on both sides and the lady running the place was very friendly, super quick, and made possibly the best latte I've had in ages! So much better than my norm at Starbucks! I've returned several times now because the coffee is not bitter and the drink just tastes better. The staff are always super friendly and never seem frazzled no matter how long the lineup.
