I waited so long in an empty Starbucks to have my order taken. I ordered a common menu drink. I felt sorry for the guy as he was new and the trainee or manager (girl with pink hair) sat speaking to an off duty employee (short hair wearing glasses ) instead of helping this guy. Then they both left him to finish my drink and went outside to socialize with more employees? Friends? I waited an additional 7-8 minutes in an EMPTY starbucks! My drink is awful and for $6 it should be mediocre. I do not blame the new person, I blame the senior staff who left him to struggle at the cost of a customer. It’s almost as if Starbucks is banking on their convenience and popularity and do not care about the customer anymore, sadly! If I’m Snohomish again, I will not come here and I was charged for a Strawberry açaí fresher and ordered a very berry hibiscus 🌺 Again, not the new guys fault, we have all been new. If you train an employee improperly,( or lack thereof) who is really to blame?

Read moreI was treated very poorly by an employee named “Chelle”. I stopped by Snohomish Starbucks today with my daughter. We ordered 2 chonga bagels, a bacon Gouda sandwich and 2 drinks. When we got home we didn’t have the bacon Gouda. I drove all the way back, went through the drive through and waited again. When I got up to order, I let them know that we were missing a sandwich from our order. She said “ok I will get that going for you”. When I got to the window a girl with the name tag “Chelle” held out a basket and said “here’s your sandwich”. I took the sandwich and she turned around and walked away. I said to her “wow, no apology?” She turned around and in a snide tone said “sorry, you got your sandwich what more do you want”? Now this is what upsets me. Read moreI frequent this Starbucks pretty often as I live in the complex and although the service is not super quick, it is always satisfactory. The baristas are always super nice and welcoming. Today, however, I was met with a condescending attitude when I just simply let them know there was one drink missing from my mobile order. The order said it would be ready at 12:50 and I arrived at 1, giving them ample time so I know it wasn’t my arrival time that was the issue.
