After placing order at the drive thru, the employee wearing AirPods, who took the payment at the window accidentally dropped our order on the ground. I watched the whole thing go down. She picked up the bag, set it on the counter, set a new bag up to transfer the food over while wiping up all the containers off (off white towel with the colored stripe along the middle) of Nashville hot oil sauce, continued transferring all the food over to the new bag and finished it off with adding napkins and utensils. The whole time I watching this I couldn’t get their attention at the window to tell them that i do not want to accept food that fell on the floor. Looked like they were understaffed. By the time the window opened up and my food that was dropped on the ground was handed to me, i told the AirPod wearing employee, you just dropped the food on the floor... she said it didn't fall out, it was still in the bag. Then she immediately turned around to replace the food and before i could say anything the window closed. Now is the time I decided to ask for a refund. The whole time the AirPod wearing employee was preparing a replacement order i waited and watched all of it go down again. Looked like the manager asked AirPod employee (what happened or whats wrong with the order) while she prepared the replacement order. When the replacement food was completed, I requested a refund thru AirPods employee. She got her manager I assume, she came up to the window and asked if i wanted the refund cash or back on my debit card. I said card is fine. Handed her my card, she did the refund and gave me a new receipt and my card, I then asked her do you know why im making this return? She said no, then I explained to her that Airpod employee dropped the food and still tried to serve it to me. That is not okay. She replied Im sorry, we try harder next time. Gave me a look like I did something wrong. Like i wasted 25/30 of their minutes at the drivethru. I rated them 5 stars for poor customer service, poor food handling preparation and effort on trying to clean up food containers with a dirty bar towel. I hope that all management and employees from this store will read this and do better by their employers and customers. Public health and safety is top priority when it comes to food but I’m positive each employee already knows all that. I will not be returning to this store again because of my experience and what I was able to witness with my own eyes. Kfc Snohomish lost out on 25/30 minutes of business with my situation at the drive thru, two duplicate orders wasted, unless put back in shelves, and two sodas i Drove off with from my original order that landed on the very ground they walk on and my refund receipt. Read moreI am livid regarding the service received at the Snohomish KFC! We went through the drive-thru approximately a week ago and had quite a large order, which was not exactly cheap, and being that we are on a tight budget this was our one "splurge" for the week. We had not eaten at KFC in quite some time and we were actually really looking forward to it. Once we got home, to Lake Stevens, we discovered that our order was completely screwed up and they had forgotten some of our food, leaving our daughter without her meal, and leaving us short of the extra mashed potatoes and gravy that we paid extra for. I immediately tried calling the store and it just rang and rang and rang and then it automatically hangs up on you. I tried calling at least a dozen times with the same result. I tried calling other KFC's and they could not give me the number to the corporate office either and did not know how to get a hold of anyone at that store. I have not been back to the store yet, however I WILL get my money back!!! This is the WORST customer service ever, and it makes it so much worse when the customer cannot get ahold of anyone to attempt to rectify the situation. I thought that KFC cared about their brand and their customers satisfaction, however we now know that this is not the case. Read moreI go there mainly for the potatoes & gravy, they are always the way i like them, i then get a couple of pieces of chicken to go with the gravy, the other day i got a leg and breast, the leg was good, about half the breast was so tough i literally could not bite through it. This only happens from freezer burn. It was like trying to take a bite out of my wallet, i could not bite through it. There is a sign on the wall that says basically "if the food sucks, bring it back and we will take another shot at it". I was home trying to eat this thing so i didnt. I will probably still go there and get a side of potatoes n gravy but ill get some chicken from Safeway or Hagens. Another gripe, i went up there the other day at 20 min to closing time, which was written on the door and it was locked up and someone was in there sweeping the floor ignoring me. So apparently they close whenever they get the urge. 2 stars for the potatoes n gravy which are probably actually shipped in from Tearra del Fuego.
