Update: One thing I forgot to mention is that it is home to an awesome farmer's market all through the summer! We enjoy playing at both of the two parks. There is also softball, basketball, skate park, volleyball, gazebo with picnic area, and plenty of grassy areas to stroll. Part of the park is devoted to historical monuments. And the city library is next to it. Independence Day festival is way fun here especially the Foam Party. One thing that I wish that they could improve on is getting some drinking fountains. Also, the restrooms are unpredictable...it's hard to know if they are open.

Cute little park in downtown Soda Springs . The cannon is very reminiscent of most of Southeast Idaho parks. The train engine was cool to read about it. I had never seen a steam engine that small.

The celebration here was so much fun. Bouncy castles, burgers and dogs, a fun 4wheeler train for the young ones, a huge grass field, volleyball courts, bathrooms, and a few merchants. Loved it.

Fourth of July in Soda Springs is the best place on Earth! The City Park is home to a spectacular Lions Club breakfast early, lots of games and vendors, a Fun Run, and a great small-town parade. There is enough candy thrown out of this parade to put three counties into a diabetic coma! Even if you have no other reason to come to Soda Springs, come for the Fourth!

This small town park is home to a brand new state of the art playground, designed especially for kids of all abilities and talents. A group dedicated, visionary young mothers made this playground a reality, and it is MARVELOUS!

The park is within a block of several great eateries, you won't be disappointed with any of them. And the famous Soda Springs Geyser is less than a block away. Really, there is NO REASON not to stop in Soda Springs, even if only for a...

From out of state. The park was clean, maintained and very creative. Of note is a small memorial of local children. It was heart felt and certainly provided a reminder of how special children are and how fragile life can be. THANK YOU! A cross the street is an old chapel. Dated 1895....
