Idan Ha Theater — Local services in Soda Springs

The owners of this theatre treated me very rudely, I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I bought a ticket, a large popcorn and a large candy to see the matinee showing of Avengers endgame. my husband surprised me by letting me go see this movie by myself while he watched the kids because I never get a chance to do anything for myself or relax, so this was his mothers day gift for me. and now I am at home crying, upset because the owners were so rude to me making me feel like a criminal. I did have a water bottle on me that i forgot i even had. being a mom of two little ones, I always have a water in my purse out of habit. I do know outside food and drinks are prohibited in the theatre as it is in any theatre. but I didn't know a water bottle would be a problem. I understand now that outside water is not allowed and I am sorry and I apologized to them in the theatre also, but you could've been polite about it and asked me to throw it away or put the water in my car if i wanted to stay. instead you treated me like an illiterate criminal, snatching the water from me and talking down to me the entire time was not professional. They are a great place to see a movie! They have really kept the place nice. Upgraded a ton😯. New seats, POS system, projector, wow! They are friendly and quick to get everyone in👍. Usually two showings one at 7 and then 9 for family movies, later showings 9 and 11 for "mature" films. Great variety of treats 🍿🍬 and PepsiCo🥤products😏. No weird smells and sticky floors here😁. The Idan Ha theater is a great place to see and experience a movie. The surround sound system is great as is the upgraded seating, very comfortable and a great view of the screen.
