Very disappointed with the rude staff at this place. We have been going here since my daughter was 3. She is 8 now. We called today, on Oct. 28, 2017 at 12pm and ask if we could bring a birthday cake for our children and there friends to eat on my daughters bday because we had not had a chance to book a party this time. They very rudely said if we did not book a birthday party with them then we could not bring a cake in for them to eat. Very sad because anywhere else in 2017 allows for a cake to be brought in without a party including Chuck E. Cheeses. Seems like all they care about is the money these days. I'm sorry. We usually do but didn't have a chance to book a party and pay all that money this time. We WERE still coming to skate and give you our business anyways. Very very over priced 15 dollars to get in and 5 dollars for the skates. Really. And the staff are smart mouth kids with no respect at all. When you go to the counter to get something you have to wait for someone for ever to wait on you because no one is there. And when they show up they act like you’re bothering them. Very rude and disrespectful. We had an issue come up and needed to leave as soon as we got there. No one in the party had skated I ask if we could get our money back because we had to leave right then and the girl was very rude said they don’t give refunds and it was not her fault we had to leave. Very smart mouthed very disrespectful. We won’t ever go back. If she worked for me she would no longer have a job. You can’t run a place with a bunch of smart mouth kids. horrible manager and new staff. like the old owners better, always had more buisness before these jerks came in and tried to take over the skating rink. took 30 mins for them to make me some microwaved pretzel bites and cheese 😐 i gave the lady a 20$ bill and she had to get a co worker to help her count the right amount of change. it’s always dirty or there’s always a heightened mood when you are there that is very intense especially with little kids around. the old owner always had workers going around the skate floor making sure kids didn’t fall or get hurt and if they did, they’d help them up, but now there’s rarely anyone on the skate floor to do this. the music sucks, i’ve been going there for 7-8 years and they’ve had the exact same playlist the whole time. used to be fun but new owners...
