Kroger Marketplace — Local services in Somerset

update: 9/03/2024 if you go to the deli, make sure Roma doesn't help you. She looked at me like I was inconveniencing her to do her job. How dare I? I asked for Boarshead Pepperoni. She didn't give me boarshead, but the kroger brand. I didn't notice until I got home and to make the situation worse, the meat was bad. There was another incident with meat, ground beef, that I had with the meat department. the meat looked fine, but it smelled like eggs when I opened it up to separate it into foil to freeze. I spend more time/energy/gas on returning food to Kroger than I do for leisure. Who can afford the gas prices? I don't live close to Kroger, but it's only slightly better than the alternatives. Walmart has become just as bad and just as expensive. during this covid nightmare, my family has been doing pick up to avoid going inside the store. There have been many times we were told items were not available. Only to find out that the items were available, but for whatever reason were not put on my pick up ticket. NOW, Kroger is making many of our regular items unavailable for pick up or delivery, but available for in store only. I thought that was odd, so I checked another store and they have the items available for pick up. I do not like this and I will not be a happy shopper while I am forced go inside the...

Pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription, was told that it would take 45 minutes to fill. So I figured I would do some shopping while they was filling my two prescriptions. The line was pretty backed up so I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Went back to the line had to wait another 45 minutes waiting in line. When I finally got up to the register to pick up my prescriptions, they let some guy cut in front of me to get his prescription. Apparently Ann that works in the pharmacy knew him. Then I spoke up and said something. So they just told me that my prescriptions wasn't even ready yet. Told me to have a seat and they would call me up. So after waiting now for 2 hours and 37 minutes they still don't have my prescriptions done. So I decided to run the groceries home. So now after 3 hours and 55 minutes I still dont have my medicine that was only supposed to take 45 minutes to fill. Never come here. I would rather pay a higher price...

ClickList is another reason to love this store. My husband and I have to shop for us and my elderly parents. So going to the grocery store can be a challenge and then we found ClickList. The first time we thought it would never work like it should,,,,, but it is the BEST!! We placed 2 LARGE separate orders online (1 for us and 1 for my parents) to pick up the next day. We were sure it wouldn't work like they said but from the time we pulled into the ClickList area until we pulled out all loaded up was a total of 9 minutes. The helpful employees loaded everything in our car and it was AMAZING!! The orders were separated. Frozen items frozen --- deli meats and cheese cut to order -- perfect steaks picked out.... I can't say enough. Now we shop at this Kroger all the time. THANK YOU for this option for those of us juggling too many...
