It's a total I've spent over $500 at this place the staff is very rude they play over your food while they're making it the manager is also very rude suggesting I stole my credit card even when I showed him my ID because he was making a mistake on the computer it was very embarrassing there are so many health violations as well as many things to hurt yourself such as loose objects around the games the Wheels on the go-kart we're coming off while racing the batting cages are very shabby they need to be recalibrated I wasted a great deal of money and my family didn't have fun at all I've given each one of my kids $100 a piece to play and total 3 and still have to spend more it's a total ripoff I would not recommend going to this place unless you have nowhere else once I saw the young staff playing over my food I was definitely upset I ordered chili fries there was no chili on the fries they were cold ordered slices of pizza for my other son which were cold by the time the food got to my table I'm not even kidding the food was very cold I should have asked for a refund but I didn't want to waste my kids time the staff are young and unprofessional you can see that management also deliberately and openly play around with the young Staff. I say just do your research first to find a better place something like Dave & Buster's it may be a little more pricey but it's a better environment they always have some excuse why they close down some attractions there's always an excuse . In all I just try to build memories with my kids but this place is totally a rip-off as they say it's very ran down and ratchet sorry for the language but I'm just telling the truth find somewhere better to waste your hard earned money. It was a total loss going to this place but you have to decide for yourself and I'm going to be truly honest the majority of the time it brings the wrong crowd. If you have a special needs child please watch the the young staff because they'll make fun of your children and you'll find yourself getting very upset this happened and I was extremely upset as a father believe me I wanted to do something else but I kept my composer because my son did not understand they were making fun of him nevertheless I truly would find somewhere better the place is totally unprofessional and you can clearly see the staff is messing around with each other and your food. The games that win prizes are totally rigged up you can spend $100 on one game and never win they have the grab claw for the big prizes totally loose so you can't pick anything up everything at the theme park is totally rigged up I suggest you find somewhere better this place is a waste of money and time. I felt after spending so much money I am not joking not winning anything you'll find out for yourself everything is crappie and rigged up they serve alcohol to anyone without checking identification there are so many violations here I I'm not kidding please find something better for family time. I just wanted to build precious memories with my family but instead I've got bad times and rip off. Making fun of special needs children some parents won't be as understanding as I am. I give this place a...

Frankie's Fun Park: Where My Sons Learned I Still Have a Need for Speed (and They Learned I'm a Sore Loser) Alright, fellow parents and speed demons, let's talk about Frankie's Fun Park. I took my sons for a "track day," which quickly devolved into a full-blown, no-holds-barred, pedal-to-the-metal battle for go-kart supremacy. And let me tell you, my competitive dad-gene was fully activated. We hit the go-kart tracks, and immediately, the air was thick with the scent of burning rubber and dashed childhood dreams (mostly theirs, after I took the first checkered flag). Frankie's has a few tracks, and we definitely put the "Road Course" (a quarter-mile of pure exhilaration, apparently designed to make you feel like a NASCAR driver, if NASCAR drivers drove karts that topped out at a brisk walking pace) to the test. My sons, bless their little hearts, tried their best to keep up. They even attempted some "aggressive maneuvering" which mostly involved bumping into the tire barriers, but hey, points for effort! I, on the other hand, was in my element. I may not be able to remember where I put my keys, but put me in a go-kart, and suddenly I'm a tactical genius, finding every inside line and strategizing my way to victory. There were cheers, there were jeers (mostly from my kids, muttering about my "unsportsmanlike conduct"), and there was the undeniable thrill of seeing their little faces light up as they navigated the turns, even if they were trailing in my dust. Beyond the go-karts, Frankie's is a full-blown assault on your senses (in the best way possible). We dabbled in the arcade, where my sons demonstrated their uncanny ability to waste tokens on games that promise a gazillion tickets but deliver exactly five. I, of course, gravitated towards the classics, trying to relive my glory days of Pac-Man and Donkey Kong, only to find my reflexes are about as sharp as a butter knife. We also took a spin on the Spinning Coaster, which is basically designed to make you question every life choice that led you to being spun around like a human top. It's a great laugh, especially when you see your kid's face turn a shade of green that rivals the Hulk. The only real challenge? Prying my boys away from the machines. It's like trying to explain quantum physics to a squirrel – they just don't get it when you say "time to go." But that's a small price to pay for a day filled with laughter, friendly (and not-so-friendly) competition, and the sweet, sweet taste of victory (for me, at least). Frankie's Fun Park is more than just an amusement center; it's a place where childhood memories are made, where dads can temporarily relive their glory days, and where everyone leaves a little bit tired, a little bit exhilarated, and a lot of bit ready for another round. Just don't expect me to go easy on you if we ever end up on the track together. My sons can...

Our family recently visited to partake in the mini-golf, bumper boats, and go-cart enjoyment last Sunday. We had a great time, and enjoyed the outdoor activities. We intentionally visited in the morning, right after they opened, to avoid crowds in light of the pandemic.

Kudos to the counter staff, concessions, golf attendants. There was one part of our visit that left me displeased - and I feel it's serious enough for Management to really evaluate and consider.

While allowing our young children to enjoy the "Bumper Boats" attraction, the youthful attendant, (perhaps 18-20 y/o), did not give our riders any meaningful instruction on how to operate the bumper boats. He simply had them climb aboard and detached the mooring line, set a timer on his phone and then proceeded to sit on a bench. This was not the most troubling part though. Throughout the entirety of their bumper-boat ride, he sat head down, eyes continuously fixed on his phone. My husband actually went up behind him and noticed that the entire time my children were on the bumper boats, the attendant was on SnapChat, repeatedly taking Snaps in between flipping his hair to appease his selfie-taking pleasure.

I can empathize that when things are slow, employees may be inclined to pass time on their phones, but with two young children on powered pieces of equipment, over a pool of water, is not the time for an attendant to have his eyes glued to his phone. Safety is paramount. Sure, as parents we were right nearby and focused on our children and helping coach them to safely operate the machines, but we were also customers and the attendant should have been doing his job, not Snapchatting. It was very discouraging to see a paid employee have such total disregard for their work, lack any sincere work ethic, or concern for the safety & wellbeing of visitors. I know phone & social media addiction is a widespread issue, and folks of all ages seem so willing to set safety aside, but perhaps we can save someone a tragedy, such as texting while driving, by reinforcing a more trivial adherence to the importance of safety considerations and attentiveness to the task at hand.

Would highly suggest management visit this topic with all...
