The staff were friendly however I am very disappointed in the lack of consideration and service.
My experience was they gave me what they wanted rather than what I chose, twice. First the material and then the setting style.
I purchased a wedding ring from them and wanted a gold setting to match the gold band, but they were adamant my selection of a gold setting was inferior to platinum and insisted to let them do the platinum and if I did not like the platinum they would change it. I agreed to their recommendation but ultimately I did not like the platinum or the setting style so I asked to change it to gold as I originally wanted and asked for.
I also chose a basket setting that they had on display, that I loved, they ordered it to make the change and I left the ring with them.
At pick up I was completely surprised to see they did not set my ring in the basket setting agreed to, they chose to put it back in the original setting that I had said I did not like, but at least they did it in gold. They did not communicate that they were going to change the setting from what was agreed upon. It was a surprise at pickup.
When I asked why they didnât set the diamond in the setting I picked out and they ordered, he said âI didnât like itâ. I asked again to make sure I heard him clearly, and he repeated, âI just didnât like what I saw.â Thatâs it. No other explanation, they did not even ask me if I liked it or what I thought.
It makes no sense, I was dumbfounded. Both times he gave me what he wanted, rather than what I picked out.
At a minimum, I would have appreciated the courtesy of notifying me that they were not going to use the setting I picked out.
They did not even call me when the ring was ready. I waited for three weeks after I dropped it off. I had to call them.
Smaller detail, but at drop off I had also asked for the prongs on the diamond to be claws rather than tabs. He said he probably couldnât do that and he didnât. Tabs is what I got.
Additionally, the ring has a few marks/dings/dents in it near the setting location.

I was about to go to the ER to get it cut off when I called the jeweler to see if they had any suggestions. Robin was so kind and told me to come in right away and heâd take care of it even though they were closing in five minutes. He cut the band off and replaced it for free and assured me that it would all be okay and Iâd have my ring for my engagement dinner. He had it ready within an hour and resized it the following week when the swelling had subsided đ We went back to him for wedding bands and he was just as helpful as always. Wedding rings left after inspected with the owner, for cleaning, re-white plating and resizing.. promised within two weeks. Called three weeks later and was told to pick up in two days. When picked up the color was off silver and missing three mall diamonds. When I addressed this to the owner he stated maybe they where already missing. I had photos before dropping them off and he performed the preinspection as well. The resizing was the worst work I have ever seen from a professional jeweler. He offered to replace the diamonds but I stated we where not comfortable with his work and I requested not a full refund but some partial refund. He refused.
