I could not have been more pleased with Carolina and her seamstresses. Not only was she easy to work with, she brought wonderful ideas to the table when I was stumped on a decision. She always seemed to know what kind of style I liked best and could help me make decisions that reflected my personality. She helped me design my wedding dress, my mother's mother-of-the-bride dress, and my bridesmaids dresses. She helped me pick out all the fabrics, the lace, all the way down to the pearls on the bodice of my wedding dress. Carolina never minded when I changed my mind on something. Even during a pandemic, Carolina was easy to work with and helped calm my nerves. I could go on, but I'll just say that I HIGHLY recommend Carolina for your custom design clothing items. I was skeptical of getting a “custom made dress” but Carolina took all of my doubts and hesitations and blew them out of the water in the first 10 minutes of our appointment. Even my mother (who was even more of a skeptic then I was), absolutely loved her by the first appointment.

I cannot overstate the quality of customer service Carolina provided! My daughter attended an inagural ball in DC and needed full styling. This is something very far outside my typical wheel house but Carolina took us from intimidated to having fun in a snap!! Carolina helped us pick the dress best suited to her coloring and body type. The service continued when she and her team altered it, made lacing with the material, custom made her a wrap and styled her with accessories.
