The employees are really nice. The breaded chicken tenders are really good and priced fair. However the chicken breast is outrageous. I bought some not realizing I was paying $35 for only 5lbs. It’s discouraging because the Meat’n place meat market right down the road has the same 5lb box of boneless breasts for $19.95. No reason for a $15 difference. The owner may want to switch suppliers before they start losing business. Old timey meat market is all about money and not the community in which they are serving. They want people in the community to buy from them but yeah but yet they buy from other communities when, local farmers are in the area that can sell them produce instead they buy from somebody out of town. I am sorry but I do not believe that that is good for a store using the name old timey.
