Don't go here it's a third party Verizon wireless. It took them 3 hours to complete the process. Said I qualified for credit but then said I needed to pay for down. Gave me 2 options pay the down or get 3 devices I don't even need which each cost $50. They slammed those devices on to me and obligated me to take them since they already transferred my number to the new phone. Spoke to the assistant manager but their useless said "they have no access to anything" and doesn't care if your credit it damaged cause of them. But then on the day I finally returned everything he was able to do it. Spoke to manager and said that I never got credit when they told me I did and 2 of their associates said I qualified for credit. Manager lied and said the 3 devices we're a bundle when their district manager said get the 3 devices or pay the down. Was in store and heard them tell every new customer we'll wave your bill so that's their catch. They'll offer you discounts when in reality their taking more from you. Also my sister got the exact same phone, got a cover and a GLASS screen protector at a non-third party Verizon wireless and paid taxes only. Which is 4x less from what I paid. Guys I lost money and I didn't even pass the 14 day or money back and they still wanted to give it to me in credit. Jesus is their manager. Adrian Z. is the assistant manager. And their district manager is some tan skinny lady that didn't bother to check why I had to pay down when I was approved. Do I recommend you to come here. No. Not if it says 4G Premium Wireless Retailer under Verizon Wireless. They are the reason why the real Verizon's Wireless looks bad. Read moreI can not say enough about the level of outstanding customer service I received from this store, specifically Mario. I arrived at the store after placing an order with a customer service rep by phone. I ordered a phone and received mixed matching equipment and needed it to be corrected that night. Mario provided exceptional service. He found my order and assisted me with transferring my data. It took a little more time than expected, but he worked with me until everything was completed. He offered me tips on how to organize my phone and found me additional ways to save by bundling some of my services. He as just amazing! Before I left, he reminded me stop by anytime and he would be happy to help if I had questions or issues with my phone. So far I have not had any issues and I very happy with my new phone. I have told friends of mine if they wanted to feel valued as a customer, they should stop by the South Gate location and ask for Mario. Read moreThe worst service by far and I’ve worked with other cellphone companies. This location in particular is awful service. Not enough staff to client ratio. On top of that, they give you false information. In this case, it was supposed to be the buy one get one free deal that ALL Verizon stores had. We had to trade in good working iPhones to qualify for this Port in promo. The person that “helped” us out stated that we would have to wait 3 months until the deal kicked in on the account. Come the 4 months bill, there was no promotion. Came into the store to settle the bill. The same guy that did the transaction said that there was nothing he could do. The store visit that should’ve taken 30 mins top, ended up taking more than 5 hours. For what? For nothing. He said that not all Verizon stores have the same promotions.
