Broadway Supercars — Attraction in South Hackensack

I left this review on yelp as well I feel those weren't seen when i had done my looking previous to the rental ... I rented a Ferrari from here for my boyfriends 30th birthday i was ecstatic to rent it up until the car was dropped off.. there was multiple things wrong with the car yet with my guy being a car guy he was still beyond happy to receive this for his birthday and his smile was worth the trouble i had gone thru to pay for it, then i returned the vehicle and i got a phone call that they were charging us for damage done to the BOTTOM of the vehicle. I quickly had my guy call (in the meantime he had charged my card again) and talk to the owner whom told him he didn't need my messily extra $300 and we should be happy that it was a bargain. Might I add there was an enormous black line around where the top meets the car when the top was up so once we had the top down we had this nice huge black line scratches everywhere, $90 aftermarket radio made for a high school kids honda which didn't work at all, water in the rear taillight, the top hadn't met the window properly so when it started to rain me as the passenger got nicely sprinkled on. Oh and it was a 2006 not quite what I was expecting and this great gift i spent most of my savings on was now sullied because not only were we getting charged for damage we hadn't done the owner wouldn't provide us with proof of damage (he said he had already rented the vehicle out to someone else damaged)..I plan to leave a review on google as well so i can show pictures of the damaged vehicle that he needed $300 to fix the underneath of to keep it in pristine condition. Basically this guy saw me coming and didn't realize my guy was a mechanic and new anything about cars. Guess i should have mentioned that before i gave him my credit card and he stopped...

Stay away from this company. They are crooks and liars. I booked the Bentley through them for our son's wedding. This was done 4 to 6 weeks in advance. We had the car for the day though we needed it until about 2PM. I also booked a separate car for my mom to come to the ceremony. I received a call the morning of the wedding to be told they did not realize the venue was 1 hour from my mom's house though this information was provided 1 week in advance with reminders in between. They did not look at the pickup and drop off locations until the morning of. I was told the car for my mom (Maybach) could not wait for 4 hours until the ceremony ended. This was also made clear from the beginning. No contract was ever sent by the company for this car. I asked if we could use the Bentley in that case to drop her back and Omat (owner) said yes. While the wedding ceremony is going on, the owner started shanaigans saying the Bentley would be leaving at 2 PM (it left at 130 without us being told). We had to use another car (a guest's) for another small ceremony after the wedding. We needed the Bentley for this. Each and every detail was provided by text messages with Omar (he agreed to everything) well ahead of the wedding day. However, during the ceremony the chaos started with both cars. Highly unprofessional people. On top of that they lie nonstop. Omar keeps talking about a partner however there is no partner. Jake is an employee and Omar is the sole proprietor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are less expensive than others but will play games and...
