Saw the sign for this little gem while driving to pick up a friend. So glad I made time to go explore this park!
So much history in this area and it amazing how well it is preserved and displayed.

Read moreThis place had a really fantastic vibe and was centered in a modern neighborhood that was built around it. Much history here and in a spot tou would never expect. Much kudos to the planners of this community centered around local history and farming. You can take a guided tour or just walk around at no cost and look at the old farm buildings and read about them on plaques. Read moreAs a historical site, it is quite nice, although quite small. It is worth visiting, but probably not something I would return to visit repeatedly. There is some cool old farm equipment and a cute restored house, (but, you can't go inside it). There is also a nice walking path, and I saw at least one picnic table along that path. On a side note, this would be a great place for pictures, mostly portrait type. There is not a drinking fountain, and I didn't see a public restroom. So...
