WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!! A chance recommendation from a Lyft ride led to our coming here on a Saturday night. The driver told my wife about the buffet they have on Saturday nights. It's not elaborately decorated, but it's cozy. Kind of reminded me of a small Café Rio, but cozier. When you walk in, it just looks like a small restaurant, nothing extraordinary, but that's why they tell you not to judge a book by its cover. The staff is very friendly and smiley and attentive. And the food! Wow! I did not expect to get food of this quality. The buffet doesn't have a ton of options, but it has enough. And the fejoida might be the best plate of beans and meat I've ever had in my almost 50 years. So flavorful and perfectly seasoned! I tried nearly everything they have at the buffet, and all of it was delicious. Usually, when you go to a buffet, there's a couple of really good things and the rest of it is okay. Here, EVERYTHING was delicious, including the passion fruit juice and the little peanut butter balls and chocolate balls we had for dessert. The chocolate balls straight up blew my mind!
And in addition to all that, they bring around all kinds of different pizzas while you're enjoying your buffet! We tried a slice of the four cheese, which was delicious, and then a couple dessert pizza slices. One was chocolate with shredded coconut and the other one was banana and cinnamon with cream! The other two were really good, but the banana and cinnamon one was out of this world.
My wife and I are blown away by this little family-owned restaurant. And the prices are unbelievable. 19.00 for a buffet that includes a drink. To get this level of food and friendliness and attentiveness of service for that price per plate is unheard of.
I am still reeling from the WOW of...

Read moreOur friend's son went to Brazil for his mission and recommended it. I've never had "Brazilian" food that was at one of those all you can eat places so I figured why not? It was a Friday evening and not busy at all. It was clean too. They apparently have a "band" every once in a while and there is a cover charge when there is one. Fortunately, there wasn't one that night. They have the menu on TV's as you walk in. It's okay if you forget since there is another menu at the order stand. Our friends got the Coxinha appetizer and we got the Brazilian Cheese rolls. Not sure they are worth the $1/each but whatever. The Coxinha was a delicious creamy chicken mix covered in a flour crust and deep fried. Yummy! The wife got a can of the Guarana Antarctica and it was a delicious drink that had a little carbonation but not overwhelming like the other sodas you can get. Items we all got were the steak and onions, chicken stroganoff, and two orders of chicken skewers. They were out of the Roasted Chicken meal which I wanted. The food was delicious all around. I had the stroganoff and it had a flavor that I couldn't figure out but think it's the dijon mustard in it. It tasted fine and the chicken was well cooked and not dry. It must be an acquired taste. It came with a big pile of rice and small string fries. Over all, it was a great experience. Servers were friendly and everyone we interacted with was respectful and helpful. I would recommend going here if you want Brazilian food but not pay exuberant amounts of money for a buffet that just so so. I would...
