Update on this location of the Greek Souvlaki, once again strange encounter, this time it was a menu item. We were making Greek food for dinner, I love Greek Souvlaki’s pork sticks, I wanted to serve them with dinner along with their tzatziki and red sauce, as well. We ordered at the drive-thru, we ordered the pork sticks and asked for a 1/2 pint of Tzatziki and 1/2 pint of red sauce..… the transaction went downhill from there. The employee was not sure if they had a half pint. (I did not say one cup because this caused confusion in the past, we would get a single serving cup when asking for a cup of sauce.) When we received our order the receipt stated Pt White Sauce $3.99, Pt Red Sauce $3.99, I was so pleased, and it was an excellent price for a pint. Low and behold, the container is not a pint it is, you guessed it one cup! Still not a bad price. The frustration comes from the lack of knowledge one the part of employees to know the difference between a cup, being a half pint and a pint which is 16oz. It was quite strange they do not know this information. In fact their online catering menu offers a quart , that’s 32oz.of White Sauce, tzatziki for $9.49, where as we received a 8oz CUP, sold as a pint for $3.99… I honestly try with this location as it is closest to my home and I love Greek food. I just wish they would up their game.

For the past 7 years we have really enjoyed Greek Souvlaki, however over the last year or so they have not lived up to our expectations. Today we purchased 2 pork sticks, one pita bread, and one tzatziki sauce on the side, it was a quick stop to grab a bite. The price was crazy high, each pork stick was $5.59! It came to $14.46! It was 2 skewers with 5 pieces of marinated pork on it, not a meal, no fries, no bun, just pork. My hubby and I shared the one pita we ordered and we each ate our own pork stick, I used the tzatziki. The prices have really gone up. Also the inside of the restaurant needs attention in the area of cleaning. When we were at this location in March the tables were not clean, the cover to the ice machine was off and propped against the wall in front of the self serve drink station where customers walk, and just all around unkept. This place...

Let me start by saying I love the food! I wouldn’t keep going back if I didn’t. But, the service is awful and they almost always get the order wrong or don’t include something I ordered. For example, I went through the drive through and asked for the double chicken souvlaki Plate (usually comes with 2 chicken skewers, rice, fries and sauce, pita and soup or salad). I asked for soup and a side of large white sauce. After a very long wait, I got “my food”, but having had issues in the past with getting everything I ordered, I checked the bag. What I got was one chicken skewer, fries, pita, and a side of red sauce (not sure what it is called?). The receipt in the bag also reflected what I had actually ordered, so I’m not sure what the disconnect was. When I went inside they took my bag and did their thing. 10 minutes later, I got my food, this time assuming it was right, I left and went home. By the time I got home, I realized I was only given fries, no rice. While this mistake isn’t a big deal, it isn’t what I wanted, and that was after going in to have them fix the initial mistake. This is not the first time I have had these same issues with this location. Also, the wait for the food is horrible. If the food is being made fresh I understand a wait time, but I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. So, while I love the food and it always tastes amazing! Their customer service, efficiency and accuracy is horrible...I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere...

I went here today because of all the raving reviews I'd heard from other people and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I went through the drive-thru and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food. All I got was a Gyro combo with white sauce, rice, a Dr. Pepper and a side of rice pudding. I don't think it should have taken that long. When I got home the gyro was bland the onions were cut so small I couldn't taste them there was one tiny warm tomato on the VERY back of Gyro and it was cut so small it may as well have not been there. The white sauce was terrible. It's very bland and there was so much on the Gyro, it made it so I couldn't taste anything else. I had to tear apart the Gyro to get to taste anything, but the sauce. The Gyro meat just tasted like beef. I love when I can taste lamb in my Gyro meat and I can't in this one, unfortunately. The lemon rice was most the disappointing part of my meal. I took 2 bites and threw the rest away. It was absolutely disgusting! To me lemon rice will make or break a Greek restaurant and this rice broke it. The only reason this restaurant isn't getting 1 star is because the rice pudding was okay. Not my favorite but far from the worst I've had. It was definitely a good way to end the meal after being so disappointed by everything else about the meal. The service wasn't great and the food was even worse than the service. Usually people who recommend places for me to eat don't miss, but they missed hard on this one and I...

I'm a huge fan of Greek food so when I had the opportunity to stop in I had to make the most of it! I had the Spinach Pie and a Veggie Gyro. Im always grateful for the vegetarian option (It is NOT vegan). The gyro had some awesome flavor and was loaded with goodness including rice and beans! The Spinach Pie was tasty, but sadly it was dry and the crust had lost it's flakeyness. Still SO good, but it reminded me of when I make it and have it as leftovers. (It's still worth a try because again it was tasty) The restaurant is a little tiered and could use an uplift with seating and decor, but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was curious and patient with many of the customers that didn't have much familiarity with the names and ingredients in the dishes, my order came to me timely and presented perfectly. This will turn into a regular stop for me as I will have more opportunities to stop by as I'm going out to the job sites.

The food is great, but i won’t go back until it’s renovated. I have never seen a filthier dining room. The fabric on the back of the booths is so dirty the color can only be described as filth, the booth seats are split, the ceiling is peeling above the cashiers area, the wood trim on the tables is stripped. My son got a drink from the soda machine and a fly fell out of the ice dispenser. I just can’t believe this isn’t some sort of a health violation.
