Walking into Kaeguli KPOP Shop is like stepping into a fever dream curated by Bang Chan himself the walls are MAXIDENT level stacked with merch from almost, every major KPOP group and even some hidden K-Drama gems. Whether you bias SKZ, BTS, ATEEZ, or even older gens, there’s something for everyone, photocards, albums, posters, and more. The ambiance is dripping with K-culture and you feel instantly part of the fandom family.

Staff Vibe Check: 4/5 The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It felt like talking to fellow STAYs who get the obsession and are just as excited about new drops or rare pulls as we are. They’re helpful, need to work on a little more knowledgeable as the owners incorrectly named some band members and did not understand the presale cards are not in the current sets they had which prevented trading, they are genuinely kind, a real Maniac in the best way.

📍 A Note on the Trading Wall Here’s the CASE 143 of why it’s not a full five stars: the trading wall has some rules that don’t quite reflect the nature of trading. We came in ready to trade some higher-value cards and even presale exclusives we had organized, but those weren’t allowed — possibly due to the current system or policy in place. While we respect the structure, it felt like it took some of the fun and community out of the exchange process.

That said, this might just be growing pains as the shop finds its groove. New businesses take time to settle into fair, balanced policies that support both collectors and shop operations. We’re rooting for Kaeguli to evolve, because it’s clear the passion and potential are there.

Kaeguli is a little slice of heaven for K-Pop fans. I’ve been hoping and praying for a store that comes close to the ones in California, and this one exceeded my expectations. I honestly forgot I was in Utah for a second. Everything is so clean, well organized, and there’s actually so many albums from so many groups. It was paradise. I especially love the little tables and seats where you can open some albums with your friends. What a fantastic idea! The store is just so stinkin’ cute, I adore everything about it. The owners are also so sweet, they’re always asking and offering to help you obtain any albums that are either out of stock, or not sold in their store yet. Seriously, please give Kaeguli a visit and support this adorable family owned business. They really deserve...
