Playground — Attraction in South Lake Tahoe

Great playground. There are two playgrounds, one for older kids (5-12 years old) and one for younger kids. The playground for younger kids is fenced in. Great play areas, my 2.5 yr old spent an hour here and didn't get bored. There are two areas, one for 2-5 and one for 5-12. Everything is clean and we'll maintained, nothing broken, with a good selection of swings, slides, and climbing areas. Note that the school has rights to the smaller (2-5 yr old) playground...

Absolutely love the playgrounds at Kahle Community Center. One is gated, well shaded and great for toddlers, the other is larger, brand new, and fantastic for bigger kids (althoughnot shaded). Large field there as well, which is great for running...
